B & M Air Conditioning & Heating was acquired by Godfrey (Art) Sautner back in 1985 who already had a long impressive resume in the HVAC field. Since then, his two sons Daniel and Marc have joined the business.

With a combined 70+ years experience in the field in all aspects from residential to commercial and industrial, we have the skills and resources to tackle any project. As a family owned and operated business we take pride in our work. We are present throughout the course of each job and will persist until both the customer and we are satisfied with the outcome.
